Drag and drop sorted tasks
I very frequently use drag and drop to convert tasks into subtasks, and when my list is fairly small, I don't need to sort it. But when my list becomes bigger, and I need to sort it, I can't drag and drop tasks anymore, instead having to edit the tasks I want to move. The only option I have is to edit each task individually.

Miro or Mural integration
Since we are working from distance because of pandemic, using digital whiteboards is very popular now. I believe it will become a trend which sticks with us in future too.
It will be very useful to have integrations with Miro or Mural platforms.

Show PAST DUE tasks at TOP of AGENDA
In my AGENDA, if a task due date is on a previous date, it disappears. It would be incredibly helpful for the homepage AGENDA to have a section above the current date that indicates "past due" items - along with the date the item was originally due. Perhaps this section would grow large and be overwhelming for some people, so having an easy way to toggle it on and off would be helpful to some.
6 votesShowing it the Calendar (Agenda) will be a bit weird I think. What if we will show them in the Work section above the CURRENT WORKLOAD paragraph as OVERDUE? But it will be only your own overdue items.
You can also get access to all overdue items on the Tasks Board by creating a saved search to show you all overdue items with two clicks (select status In Progress or No Progress and Due date in the past).
If you want to see overdue to start – select ‘No Progress’ and Start date in the past

Assign Tasks to a Team
Hello, it would be great to be able to assign (using drag-and-drop particularly) tasks to a team where individuals on that team can easily filter tasks assigned to their respective team and can take ownership in an agile approach. Currently tasks can only be assigned to an individual user or to everyone.

Role "type" assignments for Project Templates (Like how process.st has)
This feature would REALLY save us a lot of time. Process.st one of your competitors has this functionality: You can read their release blog about how it works here: https://www.process.st/help/role-assignments/
It would be great is Freedcamp could have a similar feature
We have standard templates for employee onboarding, client onboarding, etc. Each template has sections where different departments/employees work off of. So every time we run an instance of a template, everytime someone from a particular department gets assigned to a certain project, I have to invite that person to join the project, bulk select all the tasks, and then assign. This is repetitive for different roles/users on most of our onboarding projects.
It would be nice if tasks could be preselect with "role types" e.g. Sales, Account managers, Operations, etc. Then when a copy of a project is done, I can select "John Doe" as the sales rep, "Jane Doe" as the account manager, etc. And all the tasks get automatically assigned according to their preset role types, rather than having to manually assign everytime.
This would really save us a lot of time. Thanks!

Update the Gantt chart to account for the four dependency rules of project management.
The Gantt chart only allows for one dependency option (Finish to Start) when there are actually four in project management
1. Finish to Start: Predecessor must finish before Successor can start.
2. Predecessor must start before Successor can start.
3. Predecessor must finish before the Successor can finish.
4. Predecessor must start before Successor can finish.Graphical Representation: https://projectinsight.com/project-management-basics/task-dependencies

Time tracking should actually track the time
Each time tracker should show me the sum of all the time it has spent in "Doing" state. I should be able to override it or adjust it if I wish.
a) I click "new tracker"
b) It picks the current time and starts at 00:00 in "Stoppped" state
c) I can add as many trackers like this as I like and edit their values at will
d) When I start/pause/unpause a tracker, it updates itself with the time spent, no need for data entry by a human.I don't see why I would bother pausing or unpausing a tracker if I have to work out the time and enter it myself anyway?

Have a chrome extension where we can start/stop the timer, and link it to projects/tasks, without the need to login on Freedcamp.
Plutio have this, and this make things so much easier!

Webhook
Hi freedcamp team,
I think is it pretty simple as we already have well documented API. Can we have webhook for notifying events like: Project created, Task created/updated, Issue created/updated, Comment added, ...
Format for Webhook request, can be exactly same like Response of our current API, documented in:
https://freedcamp.com/Mobile_7Yh/iOS_application_6zp/wiki/wiki_public/view/DFaab#supported-methodsUse case for this is integrate with other service beyond zapier. With this ability, we can roll our own integrations, without have to wait Freedcamp team to integrate with specified third party service.

The ability to import Evernote's .enex files
Evernote is self-destructing. They released a complete re-write of their app way before it was ready and they are losing many many customers, including me. I have THOUSANDS of notes in Evernote. and I am trying to get off of Evernote completely. That's how I found Freedcamp and I love it.
Currently the only way I can get stuff out of Evernote without cutting and pasting is to email a note into a task list or discussion and I have been doing that one at a time. But it is a SLOW process.
Evernote can export notes in bulk into an XML file format called. .enex. So it would be AWESOME to be able to import a .enex file into Freedcamp.
Notes in Evernote can have reminders. So I guess it makes sense to import the .enex file into Freedcamp as a new task list in a project.
But for my use case, what I'd really like is to be able to import a .enex file into a wiki list. (with some sort of warning that reminders on the notes in the .enex file will be discarded). A wiki list just feels closer to an Evernote notebook than a task list.
As I said there are LOTS of people searching for Evernote alternatives these days. And Freedcamp is a very compelling option. ESPECIALLY when you compare per user pricing between Freedcamp and Evernote and Notejoy etc. Freedcamp is a MUCH MUCH better VALUE for the money.
So a tool to facilitate easy migration from Evernote into Freedcamp plus a little bit of marketing could be a big win for Freedcamp.
Seriously, someone in Freedcamp business development needs to look into this and run the numbers. I am sure there is a compelling business case here.

link milestone to task list
I'd like to be able to link an entire task list to a milestone so that any task created within that list gets automatically assigned to that milestone.
13 votesAre you adding multiple task lists entirely to a milestone? If not why not use Milestones exclusively and just add tasks in it?

Add task dependencies from the edit view of a task and/or milestone.
It would be very if you could add dependencies directly from the edit view of a task and/or milestone. It should include the four types of dependencies:
This also directly relates to my Gantt chart feedback (here: https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/41100613-update-the-gantt-chart-to-account-for-the-four-dep)
