  1. It would be nice to import a CSV/Excel of issues from one project into another. For example, leaving JIRA for FreedCamp but not wanting to manually add all the outstanding tickets.

  3. It would be great to link task to another, cause it's very usual that one task in one project to impact the schedule of another.

    Such as link "previous task" ou "next task after this" and so on. It would automate so much hand work.

  5. It would be nice if a dark mode could be added to Freedcamp, as available in many other applications such as Visual Studio, Office 365, Windows 10, etc.

  6. You have a CRM, Invoices and project management. However I am still having to use a separate proposal system to send to clients - Qwilr. I am looking everywhere to find something that can handle everything and it just doesn't exist yet. This along with CRM, Invoices, Project management would be the total package.

  8. Ability to filter a project task list and email it with one click to people or share it via copy/paste with users on other platforms.

    "In the construction industry, 90% of the managers are on the go...   9. It would be really nice, if we could set all the settings for the issue tracker with the e-mail in function...
    At the moment I can only set the issue type but I'd like to set also a due date and the priority

  11. I am trying to create an easy way to see what needs to be invoiced, and I was trying to use the tags to do so, but there appears to be no way to create a widget that has all tasks tagged with 'to be invoiced' or similar. Creating a widget that can filter by specific tags would be so helpful!

    We are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

  12. You can view / add / delete custom fields from "CRM -> Campaigns -> Settings -> Manage Custom Fields" but...

    There is no way to view or edit them! :/

    They do not appear when you view a Campaign, they do not appear when you edit a Campaign - so these custom fields are largely useless!

    When (if?) they do finally appear, it'd be nice to have a way for them to be listed in the main Campaign table. In general, it'd be nice to select which columns you'd like to display in the table.

  13. Ability to group timers. For instance right now i have 28 HTML emails and each has a timer. Out of those 28 emails, there are 5 tasks consisting of 7 emails each. So with all those timers, the page is cluttered and difficult to navigate when searching for a particular timer to start.

    It would be nice to be able to create groups/folders to place timers in.

  14. Presently, only the account owner can add custom fields, which can then be assigned to a project by other users. This is hugely frustrating and time-consuming for that one person, so multiple users need to be given these permissions. I know you're working on a SysAdmin function that will allow other users the option. The sooner that is released, the better.

  15. Move files (individual or an entire version tree, with associated comments) to another project. In case a collaborator uploads something in the wrong place, or we have to restructure and split off part of a project, I want to be able to move things over instead of having to download it all, reupload it in a new place, and copy-paste all comments with dialogue notes into one massive weird comment in the new project.

  16. It would be great if you could create a Wiki Template that has all of the customized headers that users should populate when building a wiki page. Right now, I have to copy the headers into new wikis.

  18. It would be great if we could create a series of tasks that are scheduled sequentially one after the other. In our projects we have repetitive tasks that get triggered from one task or event (i.e. trigger event: Meeting, tasks associated with the trigger: prepare agenda, submit presentation, create meeting minutes, etc.). We now have to create them all individually.

    Hi Roberto,

    Have you ever used or considered to use Zapier? Will you be willing to use another service to automate workflow in Freedcamp? We may not have all that is required but adding Zapier triggers and actions is much simpler since we already have Zapier integrations.

    • It would be great to be able to delete just ONE date in a recurring event without deleting the WHOLE recurring event

    • It would be great to be able to schedule a recurring event that is bi-monthly - like first and third Friday each month without having to build two separate events

    • It would be great to be able to schedule a recurring event that is on the FIFTH occurrence of a day. Like every FIFTH Friday, etc.
