An error occurred while saving the comment 1) Save an invoice without having to email client at the same time (as you may be creating in stages OR may not even wish to email the client).
There is a save as Draft option
2) Have the option to send to client as a separate button, when ready to do so.
When ready open Draft and email to a client

"Imagine today's task you decided to change the due date 3 days later so it becomes a 3-day task recurring daily. The next task we will create will be created 3 days task if we will take start/due date duration that is now 3 days
To achieve what you are asking for we will have to add duration to recurrence settings so you specify daily and 1-day duration. In this case, if you change the duration for the already created last task to 3 days the next one created will remain 1-day duration."If you toggle the recurrence switch for a new task, I think it should erase and disable the start and end date fields. Then use the recurrence field to specify when to start the future generated tasks, the frequency to repeat them, and the duration of the newly generated tasks. Then the future generated tasks have their start and end dates set from the recurrence parameters only. If you change the start or end dates of a generated task, it only affects that task and not the definition of the recurrence or future generated tasks.
One thing I would note. When you specify the duration, you should be able to specify various units of time. Like some repeating tasks I have are weekly tasks, so I can say "generate this task every Wednesday and make its duration seven days" or "one week." In either case the newly generated tasks would run from Wednesday to the following Tuesday and a new one would be generated next Wednesday. It would also be nice to specify a duration in "calendar months". Currently I have some tasks that I need to do once a month. What I do right now is just specify the start date as the 1st and the end date as the 28th because the shortest month has 28 days. And that's fine. It's no big deal. But it would be better if I could say "repeat this task on the 1st of every month and make it last for one calendar month. By definition, no matter what the start date is, the task's duration would be set to end on the last day of the month.
Thank you for considering this suggestion. As much as I like Freedcamp, this issue has alway bugged me. Now that I know how it works I can adjust my filters and recurring tasks accordingly. But it would be awesome if you could implement it as described above.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for posting!
Would you be able to share if these recurring tasks have subtasks and in the sense are mini repeatable projects inside a project? If you do not feel comfortable sharing it here please email e directly igor@freedcamp.com

An error occurred while saving the comment The question is why you are subscribed to those tasks. Is it because you created them? Probably you can unsubscribe yourself from such tasks unless you are interested in comments but not interested when a task started or completed. Are you using the Notification page and/or email notifications?

An error occurred while saving the comment New Manage System will introduce a few new changes alongside new Tasks like familiar design:
- SysAdmins concept - user can do all you can except change plan changes billing
- Global Teams will be Just Teams
- New Teams are added to project groups and will have access to all projects in those groups
- some projects will be allowed to be made private - in this case, you add your teams and/or individuals to it on per private project basis. An error occurred while saving the comment @Lucid.P - please email from FROM person help@ and include FROM account (email) TO account (email) and if all project groups need to be moved or include names.
If FROM account is paid and TO account is free please also confirm if subscription and payment info need to be moved as well or not.

An error occurred while saving the comment Please clarify - you want to be able to select a folder and we will attach all the files from that folder once to save your time instead of selecting individual files. After this is done there is no linkage between changes made on Google Drive (files are added or removed) which are reflected in Freedcamp. Correct?

Hi Brian,
Great idea – thanks for bringing our attention to it.
Cheers,
IgorAn error occurred while saving the comment It should be done as an option in Tasky Settings so you do not expose 'Fire John' private task to your Calendar board for your team to see next time you discuss team's schedule for the next month...

Will it help if we allow to invite people and define their notification level for projects you invite them to? In this case, you will invite people with ‘none’ and they will be using a new Notifications page to catch up?
An error occurred while saving the comment Re: "yet it is not crystal clear in the email that gets received as to why exactly the notification is issued"
Please send to help@freedcamp.com at least one email where it is not crystal clear why you received it. I attached a sample - all emails we send are pretty clear as to what was changed.
Re: Customers - do not subscribe them to too many tasks. Use @mentions when needed and unsubscribe after a comment posted?

Please post what is missing after we released https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/7ifab
An error occurred while saving the comment @Maikol your link is relevant to https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/9165151-gmail-google-mail-integration
This feature is to expose Freedcamp tasks as Google Mail Tasks. I am not sure how we can do it because Google Mail tasks are very very basic.
The only option is to push Google Tasks to Freedcamp but nobody really needed it and asked about it directly. I think all who voted here really want https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/9165151-gmail-google-mail-integration

Finally in the planned state
An error occurred while saving the comment @Maikol - yes, it is a duplicate. We use the free plan which does not allow us to merge requests and sum up the votes.
An error occurred while saving the comment @Maikol - we generally are good at changing statuses to Planned/Started/Completed and keep this site in sync with the development process. The status will be changed when it will be planned.
An error occurred while saving the comment @Andy - this suggestion is to add an option to say this task start 18 Aug 8 am and end 19 Aug 5 pm

An error occurred while saving the comment What to do and how to show anything if by an accident you set an event for a weekend or set a task start date to Saturday?
It probably needs to be an account mode where nothing will be allowed to be scheduled for weekends - validated out. In this case, it can be hidden with 100% certainty that you won't miss anything.
Hi
Are you asking to add XLS import/export support https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/zxbab or data feed links https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/Ksbab
Thanks!
