    Perhaps from a UI/UX standpoint - have a new option for "Project Groups" and then checkboxes to apply the groups to Tasks, Discussions, etc. This new option could be available under the "Manage Projects" area, in the "View, Manage Apps & Teams, Edit, Delete, Archive" buttons.

    Yes, that is correct - copy/duplicate groups across tasks/discussions, without content.
