    This feature would help us so much. In the hot phases of our project we have roughly 50-100 postings and some ~50 open Discussion/ToDo threads. As we are working on the project in our spare time, not looking on the dashboard for more than 2 hours means you could very likely miss a lot of new developments. Notifications are due to the high number of posts not an option (rather dismissed as spam at some point)

    We have the same problem - we are 9 people working in 10 different work packages (with associated discussion categories/To Do categories). If there is a lively discussion in one thread (that I might not even be involved with) the "Activity" widget is always spammed by this and it is tedious work to see where there are new comments/discussions in "my" groups. And several discussions have been missed when only logging in every other day.

    Having all threads with new/unread comments highlighted would help a lot.
