    We plan to do as described here -https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/14881758-fewer-emails-when-tasks-and-issues-are-updated

    >Or could the interface be tweaked to avoid separate actions

    We will skip all intermediate states done by one user and mention only initial state and last state so you can change status 10 times during 10 minutes and only one email will go out with the first and last states and you a s a person making that change.

    I'd be using issue tracker for customer enquiries not software development. So per project, I'd like to be able to edit the values of the options in Type, Priority and Status. I'd like to set the defaults for those and the Assigned to and Due date fields too.
    It would be nice to be able to set the due date based on an SLA (for the priority)
