Wouldn’t it be easier to allow to add external users to discussions so they receive all the new comments and can post back by replying to those emails?

Is there a way to have replies to an EMAIL IN task append to the original? As it stands, every time someone replies to a group email where the EMAIL IN address is included, it creates a new task. I have clients who do NOT want to use Freedcamp and they ONLY want to use email for communication. I simply add the EMAIL IN name as the "reply-to" when communicating with those clients. However, when they reply it creates a NEW TASK each time. As you can imagine, this is a nightmare. Please advise if there is a different way to approach this or a way to have the replies APPEND to the original task.

I would assume that you want to integrate it with this offering – https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout
We include a link to your invoice, your customer goes to Stripe to pay the invoice and payment ends up displaying as a deposit for your invoice.
Please let us know if this is the expected behavior you want!

So they still have to initiate a first-time sign-in, though, correct?
