  1. Filter the tasks on the Calendar without hiding the Events

    Hi,

    At the moment if you filter the calendar by task progress for example, the Events are hidden. I would like to be view the Events however whilst filtering the tasks.

  2. Sorting by "last activity" may include new comments in issue tracker

    In issue tracker, sorting by "last activity" doesn't take care about new comments.
    it's not possible to quickly see which issue has been commented.
    When there are lots of issues, and lots of comments, it's really hard to see recent comments.
    So sorting by "last activity" may include comments changes, or maybe a new sorting option can be added ("last activity or comment")

  3. Estimate templates

    An interface to create estimate templates would be great. the ability to save the line items you use regularly so you don't need to type them in every time. also it would be nice to be able to move the the position of a line item up or down with out having to delete it and retype it. Thanks otherwise this program is awesome and I will continue to use it.

    You can use an archived project with task lists or tasks with subtasks with all the templates you need – when you need to start a new process simply copy that project template task list or a task with subtasks to an actual project – use bulk edit or shift dates to quickly update all the attributes.

  4. Bid for Projects

    The ability to bid to be on a project. I work for a non profit volunteer organisation and we want people to be able to choose their projects, rather than be assigned. Thank you.

  7. External attachments

    Traffic is expensive, but having files for or about tasks at another place isn't nice. Adding an own Amazon S3 account would allow keeping the pricing for the traffic from freedcamp and keep confidential files on a teams own webspace whilst allowing a lot of comfort when working with them.

  8. Request for comments / RFC

    Anybody working on auch project can comment different things, but I can't (or didn't find the way to) tell anybody 'please read what I wrote and add your thoughts (technical/strategic/marketing/naming/scheduling annotations). But that would be helpful, at the moment I'm writing a lot of mails for that.

    Or was it that I just didn't see that function? In that case please someone comment and tell me how to do that.

  9. Epics / Labels

    I would be super if you could add like JIRA currently has it where you can assign tasks to a Epic (this could also be called label), so you can assign tasks to different groups.

    For example:

    I have a task group called Sounds
    In this I have several different tasks for different stuff (UI, Levels, etc.).

    It would be awesome to be able to split these into groups so when I look for UI stuff I can just click the label to open all the tasks inside that label for all different task groups.

  11. Add an option to Notification page to open in the same tab

    redirect instead of opening a new tab for each notification click on. How it is now is making for a messy browser.

    It would be great to have unicode emoji support. Currently emoji characters are stripped out from task titles.

    Would be great if the task could set difficulties and task estimated time.

    Task estimated time could help job delegation and at the same time
    With difficulties set, the KPI will not just measured by number of tasks.

  14. Notifications - Opening "View Item" in new window

    When within the Notifications area and you expand on an item I feel like the "view item/mark read" should be up top and not at the very very bottom. when a thread gets long - scrolling forever happens.

    Also - have you thought about not making it open in a new window? after trying to go through all the activity and viewing items in full at times im left with about 15 new browser windows for really no reason it seems.

  15. Saved Searches - show on top

    Should really put the "Saved Searches" up within the block the searches are being done in. Having it bottom right sidebar doesnt really make much sense and gets lost. Icon that pops a small dropdown? idk..

  16. Show date due on simple listings on Kanban view

    I know it's possibl to see due date on Kanban view.

    But it's not very optimal for me. Due date is very important, but full details view is very verbose. I would like to see due date from 1st or 2nd listing option already.

    Showing many tasks with full details makes the Kaban view less readable. I just want the due date, and compact view.

    Even 'action buttons' are visible for 2nd option, but due date is still present only for 3rd option.

    Please optimize the UX and move the due date in front.

  18. Project Group View on Calendar Board

    I would like to be able to see filtered results based on Project Groups, not just projects. I have it set up so each of my companies is a Project Group, so it would be awesome to select just one of them and see it's calendar or task board as a whole, without my other companies showing up.

    In notifications view if user has marked a task as completed, display that "User completed task" instead of just "User updated task"
