  1. Please give us the option to put the list of Projects on the main Dashboard page as clickable links directly to the project.

    Managers typically want to see a list of projects being worked at any given time with quick access directly to that project. Although that list is on the "Choose Project" drop-down, it would be great to see the complete project list on the Dashboard page. If you wanted to get fancy, you could put messages next to each project indicating which have new updates for the user to review.

  2. Notifications

    Like the little red symbols on facebook, just a list of all the recent notifications so that you can jump to each easily. I currently trawl down the list on the main dashboard, but stuff easily gets missed! I have email notifications but with multiple projects and lots happening this isn't ideal! Apart from that... love Freedcamp!

  3. Set not working days in calendars.

    I think that should be totally useful and productive a way to set not working days in calendars.

    Mainly to the To-Do's or Milestones, because it's ilogical that don't count weekends and holidays or vacations, for example, I have a Milestone that I must finish: "due in 6 days", and I have two days of holidays, and a weekend in the middle. So, truly workdays, are only two.

  6. Tasks count next to Project's name on Dashboard

    It would be very useful to have a number (in brackets for example), next to the projects on the Dashboard, that refers to the number of To-Do's that are in each project. And maybe include the different statuses. Could look like something like this:

    Studio Projects [In progress (4) - Completed (6) - TOTAL (10)]

    And be able to personalise which status you want to display so maybe depending on the project you can have just this:

    Freelance Projects [In progress (4)]

  9. See if my team using Freedcamp

    As a project administrator I would like to be able to see when each user on the project last logged into freedcamp so that I can tell when they last accessed the system and therefore know who needs to be spoken to about working on their assigned tasks

  10. Copy and paste on desktop app

    The desktop app has much better performance and doesn't seem to slow down the more you use it (as the web version does - fixed by using Ctrl+F5 every so often) but you cannot copy and paste text or task links via the desktop app, which is very frustrating. It would be a very useful addition to an otherwise better version.

  11. Backlog Management

    Often when you inherit a project - there are lot of outstanding tasks/user-stories. As a project manager - you want to put all these tasks in a 'Backlog'. Then analyse each one of them for 'completeness - that is specifications are there, etc', relevancy, priority and then push a few of them from backlog to 'active task list' for scheduling.

  13. Have a log of a task activity including what, time stamp and who did it for every change in the task.

    Will enable trackback activity when you have issues.
    For example:
    1.I have completed a task. Later on I found an issue with the system. I don't remember if I made the task before the issue or after.
    2. Someone marked the task completed. I don't know who did it.

  14. Export Discussions

    I'd love it if there was a way to export discussions (by group, or all) to some form of document (Doc, PDF, or something else) in a similar way that To-Dos can be exported.

    We're using the discussion forums as an idea generation location, but don't have an easy way to take a snapshot of everything without having to go into each discussion and copy/paste or print to PDF.

  15. Research Repository

    A place to store details of research for new products or ideas, like collections of web links, images etc. Like pinboards.
    Users could add 'pins' off information like webpages, links, pdfs etc

  16. All in one email for featured task

    Last day, i added ~30 tasks in my project, were small tasks that have to do (for example) Sunday. Today, i received 30 different email for each task :) My suggestion is .. can you combined in to one "big" email?

  17. Allow to change the text color in Discussions and comments

    Would it be possible to add the ability to color the text in discussions and comments? Many times, there will be some important text in a discussion post that we want to draw attention to, and being able to color that portion of the text so it stands out would be very helpful.   18. Expose CRM tasks to Freedcamp Calendar

    It would be useful for CRM tasks to be visible both in the calendar and project's tasks view.

  19. Email to file upload

    I would like to have the ability to email a file from Outlook to a user@freedcamp.com email adress. The subject will be the project name. The file then uploads under the project name that is mentioned on the subject line.

  20. Document organization

    I need to be able to put documents into folders and to change the order that documents appear. At the moment we have a list of documents which appear in the order that they were entered, but project partners are getting confused. A bit more organization is necessary.
