  1. The priority rating, in progress, etc. on the right side in Tasks Board view doesn't move when you scroll down your list of tasks. I was using this to quickly assign priorities, etc. to my tasks but made it difficult. It would have been easier than going into each project.

    Hi,

    It is not moving when you output not filtered task list from all projects and we display 1000’s of tasks as it makes this page terribly slow to update.

    We are checking your account and encourage you in the future to contact customer support first to make sure it is not a bug or easy to fix thing

  3. Sometimes I'm not sure how I want to organize something and I end up needing to make subtasks into task list. Instead of having to cut and paste it would be nice to be able to "promote" a subtask into a new task list.

  6. The need to be able to view Calendar entries on Iphone, as users are always not sitting infront of the laptop/desktop when opening Freedcamp.

    Calendar Board (all projects with filters as on the web) is now available on the mobile application and can also be set as your default home page inside the application.

    Project Calendar will be added in 2020
    The ability to see and add events in Q1 2021.

  7. The custom fields that are added manually should be pulled to the reports available via Data Feed Links feature.

    Hi,

    Custom Fields data are added to XLS export and Data Feed Links, if:

    1) export to XLS or data feed link for a project (not a bunch of projects)

    2) Custom Fields are enabled for this project

    3) there is at least one Custom Field value saved for any of tasks included into XLS export or Data Feed Link.

  8. Currently in Freedcamp Uservoice Suggestions for Features we do not see the date or time when ideas and comments were posted. It would be very useful to know this information when adding, reviewing or commenting.

  9. Honestly, I'm just starting to use Freedcamp for myself after using Basecamp for a year or so with church. I appreciate the free tier, but am not sure any of the paid options are for me. As such, I was wondering if there could be a "tip jar" so folks like me can at least kick in to keeping the lights on and ad free :)

  10. Loving Freedcamp so far! As a designer, I'd love to see some visual enhancement in the task lists.

    Icons -- Meistertask has a great example of design-consistent icons to customize their Kanban boards. This idea would be great for task lists. Even better if the icons could have color options.

    Bold list names -- currently the list names are barely larger than the items, and indistinct. If they were a bold/black weight, and a point or two larger, it would be much clearer.

  12. The majority of reporting I need to do is on past projects (as in how many projects were done for x client over the past 12 months). Unfortunately, I see no way to view and export the task information from projects that have been archived, which makes it so I can't archive them once they are completed. This is going to quickly clutter up the system as my team goes through anywhere from 2-3 projects a day.

    If you could add a filter to the tasks page that allows you toggle between viewing active and archived tasks, and the export…

  13. I'd like to install a TV screen with a Live Project Wall that ignores task lists and organizes from top to bottom by Due date & Priority.

    We are using this to manage video projects and would like to have the projects that are coming up on their due dates (say a week or so) to get a red border and move to the top of the live screen. Would not need any edit functions only information with a Dark back ground and White text for easy viewing at a distance.

  14. Auto-generated serial numbers for projects, similar to issue tracking, to allow for a simple way to track projects without having to track by project names only. Would help with linking projects in Freedcamp with files on work server, and identify projects when communicating with clients (rather than depend on them remembering a project name when referring to a file).

  15. I would like to be able to see all upcoming high priority tasks in order, regardless of associated project in the tasks dashboard. The filtering helps, but the project title takes up valuable space. Perhaps it could be inline with the task somewhere

  16. If there was a way to show all unfinished tasks to date without having to create a special filter would be great. For example: if the Filter By Due date would let you leave the first date range blank and allow @today in the second. This would give you the ability to see ALL uncompleted tasks without having to set both dates.

    Allow to set filters:
    – In Progress or No Progress (possible)
    - Due date is Set + Due date In The Past + Due date is Today (possible now with Ctrl+click to select more than one option)

    In the requested case you only need to select:
    Due date In The Past
    Ctrl+Click ‘Today’ to select the second option

    Select Progress – No Progress and In Progress

    Save as ‘Unfinished to date’

  17. Tasks often times have multiple edits and attached files/images/screen shots that are attached. It would be great if when exporting Tasks lists that there was an options to export the attached files and history.

  18. It often feels like I have to click around many places to get a glimse of what's happening on a project or in the whole freedcamp space. It would be great to have available an "everything" feed that would include discussions, tasks, etc without having to view them separately

  19. As a lot of my Projects have a number of task lists in I like to fold them so I can only see what I am working on. But sometimes I do not complete a full list prior to working on another one, so this would be useful to be able to see at a glance which task lists still had some tasks outstanding.

  20. Would be useful to have a 'Funnel' area where we could plan projects. We have used something similar on Yalla and although (of course) we much prefer Freedcamp, this feature was always very handy at the beginning phase of a project, in particular larger projects.

    This might just be a development of the Tasks Board (Kanban view), which is not dissimilar in general layout, showing the various stages - No Progress, In progress, Completed...
