  1. It would be very useful to be able to precede todos names with codes. For instance, if you have a Todo Group named "BUGS", preceed any new todo with BUG-001, BUG-002. And be able to configure it to change tag when you change its group o leave it as is.

  3. I would love to have sub-todos - to be able to break a single ToDo into multiple sub-steps, like wunderlist or workflowly.

    Something like:

    • Upgrade website to latest version
      • Clone current site to testing platform
      • Upgrade test site
      • Check test site for bugs
      • Push new updates to live site

    Hi All,

    Basic check-list like functionality is released now – http://blog.freedcamp.com/2015/10/13/sub-tasks-few-weeks-from-launch/

    Sub-tasks Pro with ability to assign people to sub-tasks, status and priority, due dates, comments and unlimited (6 levels actually is enough right?) nesting will be released in a month or two and will be a paid module.

    Please stay subscribed – I will update status here when Pro Subtasks are released.

  4. I think that should be totally useful and productive a way to set not working days in calendars.

    Mainly to the To-Do's or Milestones, because it's ilogical that don't count weekends and holidays or vacations, for example, I have a Milestone that I must finish: "due in 6 days", and I have two days of holidays, and a weekend in the middle. So, truly workdays, are only two.

  6. Hello,

    I've noticed that Discussion rich text editor (CKeditor) lacks some interesting features, like:
    - Underline
    - Strikethrough
    - RTL support

    Is there a way to activate these options or add them.

  7. In the "Manage Project" page, it would be great to clearly see the status (=global progress of a project) : Complete, in progress, pending, thanks to a small icon or the use of colors.

  8. If I'm managing 5 projects with many of the same people working on each one, I should be able to add them to another one of my projects if they have accepted one of my previous project invites.

    So, for each person that I have ever invited, I should be able to add them without an email for as many projects as I have.

  9. Currently if I want to re-order the to-do's that are in a template, I cant - I have to recreate the entire template to put a new item into the proper place in the work flow

  10. When multiple users assign a project under the same project group in the drop down it separates the two. I have multiple people creating projects under the same group, when I go to choose project I will have a category with the same name for each person that created the project. So if person 'A' creates a project under group 12 and person 'B' creates a project under group 12 in my drop down of "Choose Project" I will have two grouping of project 12.   14. Not sure if I'm just missing how to do this, but when I look at my dashboard calendar and open up the list of to-dos on a certain day, I'd love to be able to click into that to-do item directly, rather than needing to find it by searching through the many different projects I am working on.

  15. Having multiple projects from Freedcamp on one calendar (that you can switch on and off) is a great way to plan if concurrent projects with crossover team members are going to clash.

    It has been released – https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/calendar

    You can access it by opening https://freedcamp.com/dashboard/widgets and using ‘Calendar Board’ tab.

    What is next?
    - We will be adding ‘Tasks Board’ – similar page to display all tasks across all projects
    - We will add filters to both pages to let you filter items show by a project, project group or all.
    - We will allow you to select your default home page in Freedcamp between – Dashboard, Widgets Board, Tasks Board or Calendar Board.

    It would be ideal if a visual timeline calendar added to the projects. It will be easy to see which work need review and also the deadlines and so on.

    Some examples: Moving around deadlines in the calendar, extend due tasks, prioritize important deliver project.

  18. I want to be able to set a persistent filter 'Hide inactive projects' on Manage Projects page as with time there are too many of them and they make it difficult to manage active projects. I should be able to click 'Show inactive projects' to be able to check or activate them.

  19. This is much needed, i stopped using freedcamp because it did not invoice out with GST (australian tax) option to include or not include gst on line items or overall invoice would be fantastic, also payment options eg.... Paypal, Credit card from some gateways would be fantastic.
