  1. The task view is find for projects that only have a few tasks or task groups. However when you have a large number of tasks or task groups, it would be nice to be able to set it to 'compact' view to see more on screen. A bit like the way gmail has a compact view.

  2. It would be very helpful if the priority could be changed right on the task in Kanban view, without having to go into the task, and then again into the editing mode, to change the priority.

I have a prioritizing system set up with my clients where "High Priority" is for tasks that need to be sent through regardless of budget concerns, "Medium Priority" is for tasks that may be sent through without consultation if we estimate the cost as below a set threshhold, and "Low Priority" is for tasks that will not be done without further consultation.

    Ideally some kind of separate function would be better for this though, with a separate drop down containing something like "Approved," "Conditionally Approved," and "Pending Review."

  4. I assign him task to start work at 4.00 pm xyz task he clicks and it shows me that ABC has started working on this, I will set a fix target that 5.30 pm in 1.30 hours I am expecting this out put from you, so once at 5.30 PM task is auto stopped, ABC has to just put the number in the task completion so I would come to know if the assigned task is achieved as per the target or not

  5. We would like to be allowed to delete files that had been uploaded previously in an entry when editing that entry.
    We believe that now you only can do that removing them from the "Files" section.

  6. A place to store details of research for new products or ideas, like collections of web links, images etc. Like pinboards.
    Users could add 'pins' off information like webpages, links, pdfs etc

  7. Hello,

    It would be great if Tasks could be assigned numbers which act as a Task ID. Also a search functionality for tasks since the list can get really long and it is tedious to browse through the complete list to search for a specific task.

    Please let me know if such a functionality currently exists and I am unaware.

  8. Currently subtasks are ordered based on how they were added. It would be good to be able to change the order of the subtasks manually.

  9. Currently for sub tasks, you can assign just a title. Would be good to be able to assign detailed description and different assignees for subtasks such that one person can own a task and delegate aspects of it to others.

    Hi All,

    We forgot to update this feature request, sorry about that.
    It has been completed. Global Tasks Board has now export filtered results option. When no filters applied – everything will be exported including subtasks.

  11. In the notifications panel, when you expand a task to see the latest update/message, you must scroll down to get to the buttons for "view item" or "mark as read". I think there should be a way to click into the task right from the title bar of the task in notifications.

    A simple "view item" link or button on the right margin of the title bar for each task would suffice. Many of my tasks have a lot of replies on it, so it's a pain in the butt to have to scroll down just to get to the…

  12. In addition to lack of start/duration/end time information, need to include
    - who is invited (optional, mandatory)
    - allow users to indicate attendance yes/maybe/no
    - allow discussion directly related to the event

  13. In my case, having Google Translate integrated directly into all of the text input fields would be very useful. My team includes folks from around the world with varying degrees of English comprehension. An option for both front and end users of translating discussions and instructions on demand would prove very useful.

    Google Translate's capabilities have vastly improved.

  14. If there was an email tab that connects to a users inbox e.g. via IMAP a user could then work mostly within Freedcamp.

    If there is then an email that might be of use to other users, this email could be dragged and dropped to a specific project (perhaps saved as a note?)

  16. My project start date was shifted to 2 weeks later than originally planned. It would have been great if the due dates for Tasks items linked to Milestones automatically shifted with the change to Milestone dates. Instead, I had to change each task's due date one-by-one. Is this possible? I know it's done in projects created from templates?

  18. The ability to set overall project priorities and due dates would be awesome. Currently you can only do this for To-Do's which is great. However, when you have a lot of future projects (over 100 for me) rearranging them manually or alphabetically is a real pain. This would make future projects much easier to plan for.

  19. It would be great to be able to have more export options like from one project, the to-dos - events - milestones at the same time.
    Or even better for "multi-projects managment" to be able to export the event of various project to have an overview of the deadlines we have of all our project.

    We will do better integration between Issue Tracker and Tasks later on to allow you to link a task to an Issue and Issue to a task and see updates when linked item is completed.

    Imagine you have 5 duplicate issues reported by different people and created one task to fix. As soon as that task is completed you will get updates in all 5 tickets that you can tell customers that problem was fixed.
