Shift due dates for Tasks Linked to Milestones
My project start date was shifted to 2 weeks later than originally planned. It would have been great if the due dates for Tasks items linked to Milestones automatically shifted with the change to Milestone dates. Instead, I had to change each task's due date one-by-one. Is this possible? I know it's done in projects created from templates?

Annual agenda in Calendar application
For oversight and planning it could help to have a annual planning oversight page in the agenda. It helps us to provide direction, keep scope, match the activities & synchronize the organizations activities to its resource capacity.

For non Agenda views → Please check sharing calendars – https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/fhaab#sharing-calendars
It isn’t a direct and perfect solution, but if you can get the data to Google Calendar or Outlook it opens up a lot more possibilities for what you want to do including yearly view -

Copy/Duplicate tasks
A lot of my to dos are duplicates of a task but with slightly different specific information such as ad numbers or names to be completed. Would make adding them a lot faster to simply be able to copy the whole the whole to do and simply change a couple of words.
237 votesHi All,
https://blog.freedcamp.com/2018/03/23/duplicating-and-copy-task/
We will update https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/10032216-move-or-copy-tasks-in-the-same-or-another-project when ‘Move’ action is added and post here a status update when copy task list action will be completed later this month.

Filter Tasks by Milestone
Adding a simple filter to the "Tasks" tab so you can see which tasks are related to a Milestone.
Yes you can see the tasks in the "Milestones" tab. However it's not so clear.
- the "tasks" tab filter breaks it down by "Task Groups"3 votesOn Tasks Board you can only select tasks that are part of a milestone. Inside a project, you can filter by tasks part or not part of a milestone.

Tasks - more Progress Status Types
It will be great if you add task statuses different than 'in progress' and 'closed' i.e. we are software company that have different workflow:
'not started', 'in progress', 'done', 'for testing', 'competed', 'archived'1,220 votesCustom Statuses for tasks – beta testing is open now.
To enable it for your account and your projects and users you need to be on our Business or Enterprise plans or their equivalents. Please contact us as shown in the attached picture to help us to process your requests faster.
Please check documentation – https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/Espab after getting access especially if you will be applying custom statuses to your existing projects.

Calendar Board - project colours
I'd like the colors that we choose for a project to translate in the calendar view. Right now I see a green dot next to my projects. I would prefer to see the color that I have selected for that project so it's easier to differentiate between my projects in the calendar view. I'd also love to see a strike through when projects are completed.

Delete files directly in the entry
We would like to be allowed to delete files that had been uploaded previously in an entry when editing that entry.
We believe that now you only can do that removing them from the "Files" section.6 votesYou do not need to ‘Edit’ item to delete attachments – open an item or a comment and delete attachments. To add new attachments you currently need to edit a comment or an item.

Add Users Without Email Address
Often times we have clients that do not log into Freedcamp, but we still manage the project within Freedcamp.
We would like to be able to create users without email addresses. This would allow us to add a 'dummy' user to the system and assign tasks to them. We would then be able to export our todos and provide status/project updates to our clients.

We agreed that provided workaround works.

Merging of To-do lists
As the projects start scaling up, some of the To-do s become redundant or have to be merged with others for continuity's sake.

Export Discussions
I'd love it if there was a way to export discussions (by group, or all) to some form of document (Doc, PDF, or something else) in a similar way that To-Dos can be exported.
We're using the discussion forums as an idea generation location, but don't have an easy way to take a snapshot of everything without having to go into each discussion and copy/paste or print to PDF.
18 votesYou can export discussions to the XLS file now.

Duplicate a To-Do group (or task) from one project to another
As this guy said https://freedcamp.uservoice.com/forums/126945-suggestions-for-features/suggestions/3844040-move-task-to-another-project
Sometimes you just make errors and want to correct it and make another project (for more visibility for example). Then you may want to export a group or a task from one project to another.
If people are assigned to tasks, it should ask if you want to invite them before duplicating the group/task.
If you refuse to invite them, it will drop them from the assigned tasks.6 votes -
Archiving of Project Groups
I would like the ability to archive Project Groups. I use project groups for individual clients. When I'm done all projects for a client, I'd like to archive the Client by archiving the Project Group. When I have new projects for that client, I would just the Project Group active again.

Time reports
It would be great to see an overview of all the time you tracked on each project, sorted by date.
This would be very useful if the time entries had dates.

Global search across all projects
Add an ability to search across all projects.
249 votesGlobal search is available now. Project search is improved – uses the same user interface with a project pre-selected. Check magnifying glass icon on the top right if you are on Homepage, Tasks/Calendar/Widgets boards. Inside a project search is located in the same spot – the top left corner – a project will be preselected but you can remove it and search globally while inside a project.
Search by any text will be improved and become more intelligent in the next few months – we are starting a project right now to make it happen.

Have a log of a task activity including what, time stamp and who did it for every change in the task.
Will enable trackback activity when you have issues.
For example:
1.I have completed a task. Later on I found an issue with the system. I don't remember if I made the task before the issue or after.
2. Someone marked the task completed. I don't know who did it.18 votes -
A place to share links, articles and ideas.
So if one team member finds an article etc which is relevant to a task another team member is working on, they can share in this location.
