Create several tasks by pasting a list of items
It will be nice to be able to paste a list of items in order to create multiple tasks/subtasks at once like Trello does. This will simplify a lot the process of creating tasks!

Global tasks - the same task appearing in multiple task groups or projects
Be able to assign a task to multiple task groups or projects. The same task (not a duplicate) can be applied to multiple task groups or projects. This is useful when a task might be relevant to concurrent goals and when its due date and completion is relevant to multiple projects.
Example1: Include relevant tasks in a Weekly Meeting project by adding or removing only those tasks that are relevant to the current week's meeting. The tasks still exist in their primary project for execution.

Link Task to Discussion
Currently it is possible to link a Task to Milestone.
A similar link should be enabled to Discussion as well.
There are task where a discussion is needed on how to proceed, when to complete, what priority assign to and so forth. So it would be helpful to link a discussion directly to the task it is relevant for.9 votes -
Mobile app - Chat
everybody has phones with them, so having an app where there are not just tasks, but a chatting option as well, for the team members, will sort out many problems, such as asking for help, find out the reasons behind a delay and status update.

CRM - sort by CRM custom field
Since we are not able to have a specific CRM per project, I use a custom field to identify which contact is for which project. I would love an option on the main CRM contact list to sort by other fields, like my custom fields.

Password Manager: 'Collapse/Expand all Password Lists'
Currently, the password list is growing and it can be difficult to find what you need when everything is opened up expanded.

CRM - connect CRM records to projects
The call log (and maybe other tabs) of CRM should be project specific.

Recurring Invoices
Is there a possibility to add recurring invoices? So we can add a invoice and say that this invoice is send automatically every month/quarter/year ... to our clients.

Invoice and Estimate Template
For now we can't send an estimate or an invoice to our clients cause the preview looks not so nice. It would be great to edit the estimate and invoice template, for example with placeholder fields.

We include a link to your invoice, your customer goes to Stripe to pay the invoice and payment ends up displaying as a deposit for your invoice.
Please let us know if this is the expected behavior you want!

Project Request Form
An embeddable form that we can place on our marketing website so that when someone fills out the form and submit's it, the project automatically generates in the Freedcamp dashboard. Would be an excellent and powerful automation tool.
So all we have to do is focus on managing the projects as opposed to manually adding in each request either from a 3rd party form or plain email request.

CRM - Add email section
So you have the calls section but there needs to be an email section that for now you could at least track the emails that you have sent. Understand that connecting it to email is not on the list but just some way that I can put a note in that says I sent and email on such a date, content of it and then I can create a task to follow up. Right now I really dont see how I would do that.

Probably easiest way for us will be to use Email In – https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/v9bab
in CRM allowing to see such emails in CRM and associate them with correct contacts inside Freedcamp’s CRM.
For emails you are sending to contacts – you can add BCC to post it to Fredcamp CRM. For emails from contacts – you can forward them to Freedcamp with email-in.
