Better buttons for invoices
Instead of links for view, send, edit, and delete on the Invoices page, could we have actual buttons? The current links are so small and close together that it's very easy to click the wrong one and accidentally send an invoice that you intended to edit (something I have obviously done - doh!). Also, when creating or editing an invoice, how about replacing the "just save, don't email" checkbox with a button next to Save that says "Save without emailing"? The checkbox is very small and hard to notice which means clients often get emails about invoices that aren't yet ready for them to view (again, something I have unfortunately done!). Better yet, how about removing the email action from the Save function altogether and adding a "Save and Send" button instead?

Email Notifications - move project name after item title in a subject
Right now email notification start with a large subject line which is very redundant. I.e.
[Investing Discussions] <Subject of the message>
When I look at my inbox I see a lot of repetitive {Investing Discussion] but I do not see what I am really interested in, the Subject. This redundant portion should be shrunk to a minimal code i.e.
- get rid of the [ ] which do not carry information
- use just 4-5 letter code xID consistently
- leave more space for the message.
- If you really need you can append the whole [Investing Discussions] (might be useful for filters) but at the end of the subject line.
Thank you.

Google Now/Google Assistant Integration/Compatibility with the upcoming Android app
With the up and coming Android app that is being funded on Kickstarter, I would really like to see Google Now/Google Assistant integration so I can put in or speak something along the lines of...
"Add a task to _"
...and have it added to the most recent project, or perhaps be able to choose which one. I know other to-do list apps have this functionality and I think it would be very beneficial to Freedcamp.
Here is a link describing the kind of integration I desire.

Mobile app - Options to sort and group tasks
It would be great to have sorting and grouping options for the task lists in the iOS app. The current task listing in the iOS app is fixed to group by projects, which makes it hard to check open issues across all projects.
My personal wish would be to somehow get a global ToDo list in the app, similar to what is offered in the "My tasks" web widget. This allows to check the list of urgent things as part of the morning routine.
One idea is to add a configuration option for the "Tasks" view in the app (second symbol from the left). This configuration setting should be accessible on the "Tasks" view itself, since people may want to switch between the different modes while browsing their ToDo items. One idea would be to show predefined grouping / ordering settings when the "Tasks" header line is tapped. This would make it possible to resort both the "All Tasks" and the "My Tasks" list easily.
From my purely subjective perspective, these are the settings that make sense:
Current default: Ignore project groups, group by project, don't sort
Urgent stuff per project: Ignore project groups, group by project, sort by priority + due date
Urgent stuff per project group: Group by project group, ignore project, sort by prority + due date
Urgent stuff globally (my wish): Ignore project groups, ignore projects, sort by priority + due date
Making the task priority a priority over the due date on sorting makes sure that you never miss important things, even if they are far away.
There might be another use case, which is finding 'lingering' tasks more easily:
- Open stuff per project: Ignore project groups, group by project, sort by creation date + progress
- Open stuff per project group: Group by project group, ignore project, sort by creation date + progress
- Open stuff globally: Ignore project groups, ignore projects, sort by creation date + progress
If some of the grouping / sorting modes omit the project as grouping criteria, then it would be good to show the project name on the task card. I could imagine a small font text, similar to the date, directly below the task text.
Low priority: The chosen view grouping / sorting should be stored as part of the user profile. When people change devices, this ensures that they find their well-known optics again.

Copy Task/Discussion Groups to One Another
Many times we create a number of task groups and then have to go into discussions and recreate all the same groups that we created in tasks (and vice versa). It would be awesome if we had an option to "apply group to tasks and discussions" OR at least some mechanism to copy task groups to discussion groups or copy discussion groups to task groups.
17 votesHi Marty,
To clarify – just copy groups not their content. Correct?

Ability to lock projects order for owner and project group admins
I have a "nice-to-have" feature request. Here are some details:
- Let's imagine I'm a Project Group Admin. I have Project Group "XYZ".
- Within "XYZ" group I have a number of projects with some users involved. I re-ordered the projects within that group in some way.
- Now, I want all other users who are involved in projects within "XYZ" group to see the same projects' ordering as was specified by Project Group Admin user.
Currently, order of projects within a Project Group is per-user (meaning that every individual user can have their own order). It would be nice to have an option, something like "Use Project Group Admin's ordering of projects". When this option is ticked, user cannot change the order of projects within Project Group anymore. Only Group Admin can.
This functionality would be of a great help to see projects within a Group by all users in the same way. During conversation then, I can simply say "Let's open second project" and will be sure that correct project will be opened.

Tasks Board - filter task list by text search should include project name
I haven´t found a way to list my tasks by project name using the search box. For example, all tasks from projects with "design" in the title. Currently, it can only find strings in the task description, so I must copy and paste project title in every task created. It would be great to filter the task list by project group too.
For example, if you type on tasks Board in search: ptitle::design
- it will only search in projects with the name including 'design'4 votesWouldn’t it be better to add support for tags in projects so you will simply add a tag ‘design’ to your design projects?

Automatic renew projects
Would be so useful to have some projects be renewed, for example I have a morning routine project. Would love to have it set as a new project for each day automatically. So renew in one day, or renew in one week, or more.
1 voteSorry, we will kt be looking into implementing recurring projects unless this will be voted by a few 100’s of our users.
We are working on recurring tasks which may contain subtasks but not projects.
Sorry again.

Workspaces
Hi! It would be cool to have workspaces. Like right now I have private and work projects groups, it would be cool to show it on a different page (just like red booth, i have screenshots).
1 voteHi,
We plan to add tags to project groups so you can add ‘private’ and ‘work’ tags to you project groups and easily filter with one click.
You can see short demo here – http://blog.freedcamp.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Dashboard-Demo-by-Angel.mp4

Google Tasks Sync - Google announced to improve their Tasks API
Google also announced that by popular demand they will improve their rather very basic Task API.
Syncing Google Tasks with Freedcamp would be a great option to connect better to the Google App service.
Google has a very unique feature to attach an email to a tasks

Amazon Drive - integration
Please add similar to GDrive integration for Amazon Drive, formerly known as Cloud Drive, is a cloud storage application managed by Amazon.
Amazon Drive is a secure online storage service for your photos, videos, and files.
Every Amazon customer gets 5 GB of free storage shared with Amazon Photos. Save, organize, share, and access all your files on the desktop, mobile, and tablet. If you need more storage, Amazon Drive offers a selection of monthly and annual storage plans.

Tasks widget should have the ability to filter out sub tasks
This would avoid one task with many sub tasks taking all space available
3 votesWe are already working now on a new concept called Dashboards that will support the Summary widget (pie, bar, battery, or card output), Table, and Buttons widgets. Essentially dashboards are custom reports and you can create as many dashboards as you need with as many widgets with drag and drop capability to set your perfect layout. Eventually, Dashboards will supersede the Widgets page. Dashboards can be private, shared with all team members (new members will see it too) or selected team members. Initially, dashboards will be added to the Enterprise plan.

Calendar - Tasks and users
It would be very helpful to see in the calendar what are the users assigned to each task at first view.
In Freedcamp, you can see that information only when you open each task.
With that info clearly visible is really easy to assign a task to different users and also for the assigned users to follow up their tasks and advances visually.9 votes -
In notifications, add the first 20 characters of the project title it refers to.
We use template files for the projects, which means all projects have the same task groups, tasks and mile stones. So the Notifications page shows a long list of the same task names (RFQ ORDER LOGISTICS) but it doesn't show which project.
Having the first 20 characters of the project title in front would be a great help!
