Add Users' Groups
It would be nice to be able to assign a number of users to a particular group. When creating a new project or discussion it would be easy to identify the group or groups involved. An indirect outcome of this is that one email to users could invite them to a group without needed to invite them to every different discussion!

Sort Overall Todos by Due Date in the Todos widget
I created a todos widget on my dashboard which lists all of my todos across all projects. I like that very much. However, I would like them to be sorted by the due date ascending. Right now it appears to be in descending order. I need the past due to be shown first, then today's dues and then future dues.

More informations about the author of a todo was very great on the detailpage of a todo.
Name / Creation-Date / etc.

Backup System
It would be great if you will add a feature to take backup of all our todos, milestone, etc. as file or csv.
so we can send to someone or can keep for other use.

Allow users to rename/give user friendly names to files they upload
Currently my file repository is hit and miss. If I rename a file and upload with a meaningful name, it's great. If others upload, I end up with files like ss8-xyz.doc and ghjbghjsdf.pdf. Would be good to be able to change the 'Display name' for each file regardless of what the actual file is called.

Tasks assigned to specific user visible in one place
Biggest feature lacking is that a user cannot see all of the tasks assigned to them in one place. You have to go into each project. It would be great to have this be on the dashboard.

Timers should correspond to Invoices
Currently you can track time but there's really no point to the timer feature if you can't connect that information to an invoice.
Harvest.com does a fantastic job of this, and it has a very simple UI which reminds me a lot of freedcamps.2 votesIt works as described with Invoices+. Invoices application is discontinued by us.

Nested folders in Files application
We need to have folders within folders to keep our documents sorted properly.

It is completed now – thanks to our users who sponsored it. Also you can upload files with subfolders in Chrome browser. All folder structure will be recreated in Freedcamp. You can also delete file versions (except version 1). We will add ability to delete any version soon – this was just due to code being tight too much to version 1 pointer.
You can also search and filter files in current folder or in subfolders.

Invoice creation - SAVE
I think when you create a new invoice for client, there should be buttons if you want to SAVE it or SEND it... The little checkbox on the bottom left is very hard to see and once i accidentally sent a client incomplete invoice when i pressed "enter" by accident when trying to adjust hours. Also, the button "save" doesn't particularly make sense, because it sends the invoice right away. I don't think i'm the only one with this issue, am i?

Sorting Tasks
The list of todos should get a sorting so can be sorted by date, priority, user and progress.
A combining of the parameters would be very helpful!

For request to sort by multiple criteria – please post to a new topic.
Please consider this:
- grouping by one criteria and sorting by another For example, each group will be a Due Date and items sorted in each group by Priority- no grouping – tasks groups are not shown and sorting by multiple criteria. For example Due Date, Priority – you have one list sorted.
I would do grouping by various criteria nad no grouping first and after that would add sorting by multiple criteria.

Assign task to more than one person
Currently you can only assign a to-do to one person or every person.
It would be great to be able to assign a to-do to 2< people.
1,150 votesIt is now available on all paid plans. All existing paying customers (as of 15 Nov 2021) will have to enable it. This is because not all project managers are fans of shared tasks responsibility and we do not want to mess with our customer’s current setup.
All users upgrading to paid plans will have it enabled by default but can easily disable it too.

Exporting our data
I understand that our data is being backed up and secured; however, I'd like to get a peace of mind that we can retrieve our own data at any given point in time. It can be a simple CSV or even auto-saved to a Google doc.

Now you can export to XLS TODOs and Time Tracking entries. Please check for a new circle icon with arrow pointing down in a top right corner.
Since we just launched Milestones and TODos integration (check our newsletter out soon) we will update XLS exported from TODos to add Milestone data with next update.
Next step – time tracking integration with TODOs, which allows us to display progress.
XLS export will be updated with both Milestone data and time data as well.

Calendar with multi-day events
I would like to be able to add to the calendar a multi-day event. This could be used for scheduling meetings and conferences. It could be simply a to-do that has the ability to have a due date that spans a range or something. While it wouldn't be terrible to see it appear as multiple consecutive daily tasks, it would be best to have it display as a single item that has a visual marker that spans multiple days (color coded with priority).

Calendar events with recurrence
If we have an event that happens regularly, it would be nice to be able to be able to make it show up on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly basis.
