  1. Currently in the "Activity" widget, we can see that a change was made to a specific item/task, but we cannot see exactly what was changed. It would be good if we could see the old value versus the updated value.
For example: user X changed the due date of task Y from Z to W.

Also, the activity is currently limited to 20 rows; what about the rest?
    Thanks!

  2. I find the names of user types in Freedcamp confusing.

On the 'Manage apps and team page' the teams are called: Organiser, Contributor, Team Player, Observer.

However at the top of the page they are Admin, Pro User, User and Read only.

Then in the Legend linked to alongside those it has additional Owner and Group Admin roles too.

    May I suggest
    a) standardising the Contributor/User and Team Player/Pro user labels,
    b) Removing or setting apart the Owner and Group Admin roles from the legend in this instance since it seems they are not relevant to the set up for…

  3. the tasks listed on the dashboard don't list what project they are for - I have "promo plan" for almost all of my projects, but when I view the dashboard or get my daily recap I can't tell which one is upcoming unless I click on the task. This clarity is necessary for efficient work. Thanks!

  4. It would be nice to have options to introduce more colour to each project title to divide up the task screen.
Vibrant!, alive!, fun place to be!, fun at work!,
Come on, you know it makes sense! We all want something more than white, just check out the layout / picture / colour options you can have in Trello!

  5. Right now if a project has several todos, it can look messy. It would be nice to archive to-dos (still be searchable, just hidden somehow) so that the to-do page is cleaner. It's hard to see which todos still need completing once there are 20-30 todos.

    Hi All,

We allow to archive Tasks and Discussion groups now. We will be redesigning Discussions to make better soon too.

We already have Saved Searches http://blog.freedcamp.com/2016/06/17/how-to-use-new-saved-searches/ and will be adding GMail like filters including once like completed_older_than:: or created_older_than:: which you can use in search box inside our filters.

So you can easily have a filter which filters out tasks which were completed more than 2 months ago and see them back by turning off that saved search back.

    Cheers,
    Igor

  6. It would be great if tasks with no priority set were treated as tasks with "medium" priority.
    Here is why:
I have 20 tasks assigned to me, 5 of them are not urgent, or require additional info from collaborators to be solved.
Right now, if I mask those 5 tasks as "low priority" they will, for some reason, stay on top in my tasks widget, above tasks with no priority set.

  7. I'd like to install a TV screen with a Live Project Wall that ignores task lists and organizes from top to bottom by Due date & Priority.

We are using this to manage video projects and would like to have the projects that are coming up on their due dates (say a week or so) to get a red border and move to the top of the live screen. Would not need any edit functions only information with a Dark back ground and White text for easy viewing at a distance.

We would continue to use the standard pages for…

  8. Currently any entry in the CRM application can either be a Contact or a Lead. The typical progression that I see on other programs is that the list of "Contacts" includes every person ever added to the listing. After emails are sent out, people who respond are added to a group called "Targets," while still also being listed under "Contacts." Another way that a "Target" is determined is as someone who shows more potential to want to buy a product than just Contacts. In most of these programs, "Targets," who end up confirming that they will be either contributing or…

  9. currently it seems like there is no way to see more activity than the maximum of 20 posts on the dashboard. if someone posts a lot there can be more than 20 new notifications so I have to check my mails to see what happened earlier. It would be great if you could make the activity feed scrollable.

  10. Add the resources option available on individual projects to the Gantt for Projects overview
At the moment, there is no method to cross-reference where resources are required across the multiple projects that we have running, other than stepping through each project in turn and exporting to png/pdf and compiling a report from all the exports - and we have typically 20+ projects at any one time

Add the Gantt options from individual projects to the Gantt for projects.
The resources would be listed by name in the same manner and would show the number of tasks across all projects that…

  11. It may be useful to include a different number format. For example: in Germany there is "1.123,45 Euro" common instead of "€ 1123.45 " (see the different position of the currency label too).

  12. I wish to have multiple sort criteria for a single project.
    eg.,

    Project-1
    - Task1 - High - 25/Jun
    - Task2 - Low - 25/Jun
    - Task3 - High - 20/Jun

    Project-2
    - Task1 - High - 23/Jun
    - Task2 - Low - 23/Jun
    - Task3 - High - 15/Jun
